Coconut oil acne- Really?

Pimples, always appearing at the most inconvenient times. A dance, date or any special occasion. You wake up and find these pustules erupting on your face.

I have found, coconut oil acne really is the way to treat pimples.

When I was in my teens, it always happened. My first dance is memorable. Partially due to the huge pimple that felt welcome to take residence on my nose!

Back then, using  coconut oil for acne was not heard of.

Using a concealer seemed to magnify the lump while clogging it more.

Other times, I would feel the pressure of the pimple growing. It was sore with a hard lump. It would get red and beam off my face.

Often these would be in the crease of my nose, making them very obvious!

There was no definition from my nose to my cheek.

To make matters worse, people would obviously notice. As they would avoid looking at me since the growth was so obvious.
